With more than 25 years’ international experience in France and Europe, Frédérique Genton’s career began in Paris in a government department and continued in a business law firm in Vienna, Austria, then in Munich and Saarland, where she was head of a binational university.
Entrepreneurial by nature, she founded arteLatum in Germany in 2007 and developed the firm’s offering for businesses in Europe. From the outset, her clients were leading companies based in Germany, France and Luxembourg, quickly followed by Austria, Switzerland, the United States, North Africa and Asia.
Approached in 2016 by a Parisian firm to contribute to its internationalisation and strengthen its advisory offering, she joined the firm in 2017, became an Equity Partner and opened an office in Frankfurt in early 2020.
Within the Parisian firm, she inaugurated international management reviews.
Constantly seeking innovation, Frédérique decided in 2023 to accelerate the Franco-German axis of her business and transformed arteLatum into arteLatum Executive Consulting.
A Franco-German and a convinced European, she is committed to promoting economic relations between the two driving forces of Europe.
As France’s Foreign Trade Advisor for Germany, she contributes to think tanks and proposals on the Franco-German axis.
She loves impressionism and expressionism, contemporary art, literature and mountain excursions, and travels around Europe for these reasons too.
